Decrease the amount of intersections between two lines.Passengers will take the shortest route possible, so try and be efficient as you can by minimizing the number of lines it takes to get to a certain destination.Don’t be afraid to delete your lines and start from scratch. Even so, slow down the game and take note of what is going well and what needs to be fixed/changed. Take the time to pause the game and figure out what is the best possible route you can take with the resources you have.If there is a lack of line hygiene in a certain area, you must focus on getting carriages in that area where it can clear up all the non circles and triangles passengers out of that area quickly and then shift those carriages to the other lines ready to deliver those newly dropped off passengers. It is also used to relieve a line by removing parts that can be filled by that new line later on. Getting a new line isn’t just planning on linking new stations. If you don’t have enough resources to build like needing an extra tunnel or line, find some ways to cut corners by removing part of an unnecessary structure that can be put into good use.The more lines you have in that area, the less pressure to have in getting a carriage.Develop a mental blueprint of how you want your lines to act.Unless there is an obstacle or challenge that you must face, control the amount of passengers in each station at a time by shortening your lines and maximizing the use of your carriages.Be aware of each map’s different population boom count and how you can prepare for such an event.Ignore the passenger count goal on each achievement Focus on building efficient lines to be both line hygienic as well as the shortest path that it can take.Gather some carriages in the first few weeks (unless there is a reason to not do so).Have good line hygiene, that is most important key factor.I use this interchangeably with Population Boom. A low RNG system map is easier to manage than a high RNG system such as Auckland, Berlin, and São Paulo. It generates a sequence of numbers that gives context on how hard a map can be. Each map has a different RNG system to determine the distribution amount of passengers each week. Population Boom- A certain point where the number of passengers begins to increase. Passenger Flow- The status quo of how you are dealing with the passengers Line to Carriage Ratio- For each line, there must be an x amount of carriages within those lines and such. Line Hygiene- Alternating shapes that way no two or more consecutive shapes are right beside each other in a line each line generally consists of a square, circle, and triangle it is best to have a circle as your tail ends of the lines If you have other things that you want to add or have a question about, message or ask me about it and I can add them onto the guide later on. There are hundreds of people that are way beyond my skill level and talent, and I only play this to have fun and in a while beat my own personal records. By all means, I AM NOT a Mini Metro expert or professional. These are just my insights and observations that I found while playing them at its best. Click on the link for Part 2 of the guide: ĭisclaimer: You don’t have to follow exactly word for word or what is on the example picture on most of my achievements. Part 1 of this guide will go from London to San Francisco in that order based on the game itself.
